Portage County (Thursday, October 19, 2023) - The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Portage County next week. All scheduled work is weather permitting.

Interstate 76 resurfacing, Tallmadge; Brimfield & Rootstown Townships

I-76 between Tallmadge Rd. and SR 44 has various lane restrictions for resurfacing. 

Estimated completion, late October 2023.

State Route 82 culvert replacement, Hiram Township

SR 82 between Pioneer Trail and SR 700 is now open!
